I am running Windows XP Pro, SP2. My internet security program is, Norton Antivirus on-line, supplied from my ISP, Qwest. When I try to update to SP3, My computer.
I am running Windows XP Pro, SP2. My internet security program is, Norton Antivirus on-line, supplied from my ISP, Qwest. When I try to update to SP3, My computer prepares for download, starts verifying download, then goes back to preparing for download.
Then I get a failed to download, with error code Ox80070005 I have tried to download and install from the update center, and from the Microsoft Download Center, with the same results. Can anyone solve this for me, PLEEEEEEASE!!!!! My computer is an old HP Pavilion Media Center Desktop PC, Model #m370n. I connect to the internet through a gateway from Qwest. Modem Model # Actiontec PK5000.
